Unable to Add New Device via App

Hi All,

 

Looking for some advice. I'm trying to add a new versa watch, problem is when I go to "Set up a new device" and the app gets to the screen where it should pull down a list of trackers I can add. It stays on the spinning wheel of death and never gets to the point where I can see a list of trackers to choose from. 

 

App Version 2.92

Device: Note 8

Android Version: 9.0

 

Any help would be appreciated as right now I'm dead in the water. Cheers

That's my assumption as well. Hoping they get it resolved shortly.

 

Seems like a decent architectural issue when a unit can't be setup without the server running.

Exact sane problem here trying to add my versa on Samsung galaxy s8

Same problem here Note 9 and S8.

WiFi or 4G

Must be an app or server issue.

And started working again last night. Must have been a server issue.
