I recorded a walk on my Pixel 4 watch using the watch GPS. After syncing, all stats for the walk were present in the Fitbit app but I could find no visible track. The track IS present in my Garmin Connect app, so the watch has recorded the exercise properly and sent the data to my phone.
All software is current, I'm using Pixel 8 phone.
I'm a new user of Fitbit and this is a new pixel watch. I've been a long time user of Garmin.

Hi, @PeteCol welcome to the community. May I suggest you review the permissions set in the Fitbit app on your phone? From "Settings" on your phone>Apps>Fitbit>permissions>check that "Location" is allowed. Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers

I now have the tracks in Fitbit, thanks! Just to make sure I factory reset the watch, reinstalled Fitbit and did as you suggested.
All good, thanks again 👍
Now if.ypu can just fix Google Wallet payment cards is better all set 🤔
