Hello @Chrissieanne54! Thanks for joining the Community.

I am not entirely sure of what gear icon you are referring to. However, in order to change your goals, you have to follow these steps:

Tap on the account tab on the bottom of the app.
Scroll and look for the Goals section.
Look at the option and change the goal you need.
