I cant set up my alta please help!

When I try to setup it says please update your application. I have done that but it keeps telling the same thing and wont set up.

@ST9, which version of the Fitbit app are you using (Go to Account, Help, and it displays the version at the top)? Is your phone one of the Supported Devices?
