I forgot my log in information. Who do I need to talk too.

Hi @Liznelson375  unless you remember your log in information, the only thing to do is start over with a new email and account. Fitbit won't tell you which email you used when signing up. They have no way of knowing if it is indeed you or someone trying to hack into your email account. Do you remember your email address at least? If so, you could send for a lost password and Fitbit could assist.
