I got a new phone and it won't transfer

I recently got a galaxy s7edge I transfered all my stuff from my old phone to the new phone and can't seem to figure out how to get the blaze to sync with the new phone please help

Have you checked the "Compatible Devices" page yet?  I ask because I'm about 99.9% certain the S7 (regardless of version) is not yet a supported phone.
