I never receive sleep insights. Everything that can be toggled on is. Current app version too. I realise this has been a persistent issue for some people for years but not seen it mentioned for C4. On the app, Sleep stages, sleep score and HR work fine but no sleep insights ever. I'm in Australia (If that makes any difference?). On Android Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Tried ALL the usual troubleshooting - reinstalled app, cleared cache etc etc. Advice anyone? Note sleep score does display on tracker but that's probably another issue.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic.
I'd like you to confirm that that sleep insights are turned on, in your Fitbit app:
- Visit the Fitbit app > tap the sleep tile
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
- Find the option to turn on Sleep Insights
Please note that the more sleep you record, the more insights you'll receive. However you won't receive one everyday.

Yes - it's on. I've toggled it off and on, cleared cache, reinstalled app, restarted tracker and anything else that usually fixes problems. No sleep insights ever. I get other wellness -type messages when I open the app but nothing when I tap the sleep tile. I also don't receive the sleep score or hours slept displayed on the tracker but I don't think that's related. I don't have Premium - would subscribing fix this at all?

Even when you don't have Premium, you should still receive sleep insights. As long as your Fitbit is tracking your night's sleep and syncing the data to the app, you should receive sleep insights.
