I am trying to set up my Charge HR I received for Christmas, but I am not receiving a four-digit code. I have reset the fitbit per instructions by connecting to the computer and holding the button for 10-12 seconds until the V36 comes; however, when I then disconnect the fitbit and hold the button for three seconds all that happens is the stopwatch starts. Also, the time is wrong. Help please.

Hi there @josephmartin, it's nice to have new faces around in our Fitbit Community. Since has been a few days since you posted, I wonder how it goes so far? Were you able to set up your tracker?
You did good in restarting the tracker if the code was not coming through. If the issue persists, when the instruction let you know you have to press the side button, just press it without holding it. Usually this step is only for your mobile device can found more easily your tracker, but do not hold the button, otherwise it will go into activity mode (Stopwatch).
Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around if you need more help.

Hi there @JR8507, my apologies since I noticed you have not received a response regarding your concern. I'm wondering how it goes so far? Were you able to set up your tracker? I saw on your Community profile you have a Charge HR as a paired device, so is this correct?
There were some issues recently that were addressed with our latest version of the Fitbit app for Android, so make sure you have this version installed on your phone. For more details take a look at this post: Android app version 2.65.1 is now available - 1/25.
See you later and let me know if you need additional help.
