I need help with syncing my fitbit

I have done everything for it to sync bit it won't do and now I disconnected my charge HR and now I can't even find theverything dang thing. Please help me?

@Lolwhat A warm welcome to the Community! Since you already unlinked your tracker from your account, you should do the setup procedure again; you should follow the replacing a tracker to an existing account. 

Please make sure that you're logged in the original Dashboard, when you're going to set up the tracker.

But I disconnected my charge HR and now it won't let it connect back onto my account. Any more ideas?
