I have a Versa. I've tried it with both an Essential phone and a Samsung S8. I rarely get a notification. Phone calls aren't notified. Sometimes if I reboot the watch I'll get a few notifications for a few minutes. I returned my first Versa figuring it was defective. The second one has the same issues.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for all the information about your Versa that is not receiving the notifications. Before considering other options, please make sure to check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.
Also, be sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device with the Fitbit app. I've confirmed the S8 is compatible, but you can look for the other models to ensure they're compatible as well.

Thanks for your reply. I started using a Samsung S9+ yesterday. Same issues. I tried all the steps in the post. I get about 1 out of 10 notifications. I’m just perplexed. Are Versa’s known for having this sort of issue? It’s my second one with all the same issues.
