I have had my Charge 2 since Christmas and have loved it! Within the last two weeks or so my text and call notifications have stopped coming through on my tracker. This feature is very beneficial and need it to work again.
I have been reading all of the articles that I can find regarding this issue. I have tried everything and nothing has worked! Restarted tracker, turned the Bluetooth off/on, reinstalled the app, turned WiFi on and off.
It is so frustrating! Am I SOL with this feature? I also know my phone is not on the compatible devices list which is also frustrating, but I know this is in the works. As a side note, everything else is syncing perfectly!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the notifications issue you are experiencing. I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there. Maybe there is a step you haven't tried.
