@TKdog The 4 digit code will be displayed on your Charge 2, that's the acknowledgment that the "handshaking" has occurred. Entering that will relink your Charge 2 to your phone.

Best Answer@KenjiB Try setting up as a new device, using your existing account and password. That should generate a new four digit code for you.

Best AnswerI am having the same issue, I can't pair the device again. It tells me it found the device through Bluetooth, but then it says "Not Working?" and lists things to ensure it works and still nothing.

@TKdogFitbits can communicate from about 40' (13m), there isn't another switched on Fitbit within range...
