I unpaired my fitbit one from my android device and now it won't pair again without the original number I received when I first set up my fitbit.

@TKdog  The 4 digit code will be displayed on your Charge 2, that's the acknowledgment that the "handshaking" has occurred.  Entering that will relink your Charge 2 to your phone.

I am having the same issue with my Charge 2.  I have removed the device from the app and when I try to add it back, it says it connects and then is asking me for a 4 digit code?  I have no idea what that code would be?  I am using the app on my Android phone.

I unpaired my fitbit one from my android device because it wasn't syncing, but now it won't pair it again without the code I had when I first opens and set up my fitbit. I don't know hour to get it to pair again.

@KenjiB  Try setting up as a new device, using your existing account and password. That should generate a new four digit code for you.

I am having the same issue, I can't pair the device again. It tells me it found the device through Bluetooth, but then it says "Not Working?" and lists things to ensure it works and still nothing.
