I've lost my heartrate on my Android app

Hi everyone.  Hope you can help.  I've lost my heartrate on my android app.  I used to be able to see the 'real time' heart rate but now all I see is a range.  When I tap that section I get "no measurements".    What I want is to see what my heart rate is during exercise.  

Here's what I've done so far:
- contacted chat
- rebooted the inspire
- removed and reinstalled the android app
- Updated my inspire version
- removed the inspire from my app and reinstalled it.

No luck so far.  Any ideas?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please, keep in contact with them.

You can no longer view the range you are in in real time like you could with the older far superior app. This is a huge bummer. I just bought a Versa 3 and regret it.
