Icons and graphs on Fitbit app were changed

Hello!

I recently got new updates, even though I blocked the app from updating 5 different places.

Now the whole layout for sleeptracking, health metrics and the menstrual cycle are basicly only text lists.

The diagrams are also harder to overview.

I know, how to use them, but they are Really not nice to look at.

How come fitbit are deleting all the front end icons and easy looking diagrams?

And moving all the buttons, so it takes longer to manually track things?

How do I get the app to accept the blocks on the updates, so it is quick, fun and easy again?

Hello @Azurille

You posted in the Ace LTE product help forum, which is for a child's device.

Please let us know which Fitbit device you have so we can move your post to the correct product help forum.

Hi!

I couldn't choose a forum for some reason.

I got a Luxe, but the issue is on the phone-app. Alot of people have complained about it.

The app puts me in this forum, even tough it is correctly connected to my Luxe.

@Azurille   Yes, this is an app issue.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?

Hi @LZeeW

Android.

Does that also have something to do with my original post?

Like why I can't block the updates, even though I turned them off different places?

It is really diffycult to get answers about the new downgrades...

@Azurille   I apologize if I misread your original post.  It sounds like you got updates that gave you the redesigned Fitbit app.  If this is the case, Fitbit/Google did this to make it consistent with the design theme in other Google sites.

I moved your post to the Android app forum.  Android and iOS phone settings can be different.  I hope a fellow Android user can help you block automatic updates.
