Hi there. I'm returning my charge 3 after having issues with it syncing with my Samsung a5 2017 phone. Can you tell me what fitbit devices are compatible so I can buy a replacement?

Welcome to the Forums @Teresa9828.

Let me answer your question.

In this case the Galaxy A5 is not a supported devices. You can click here to see the full list of devices. In this case it is not what Fitbit devices are compatible to what Android phone but what Android phone is compatible with the Fitbit app.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

I got my Charge 2 in December 2018 and it worked fine with my Samsung A5 2017 until Jan 20. Now it's a problem syncing regularly. I assume it's some update Fitbit has done. I'm not getting a new phone to get a glorified pedometer to function. I won't buy a fitbit again.

We recently bought 2 fitbit inspire hr my wife has a new xioami phone and I have a Samsung 2017a5 and we are both experiencing sync problems and we have decided to send the fitbits back and replace them with our previous watch which worked without fail.
