I wish that they could give an overhaul on some of the running audio exercises. It's not easy to get motivated by listening to the trainer/instructor without motivational music to keep you going. Some have uptempo music that keeps you motivated to move and go a bit faster than you normally would, and some are just talking and repeated audio. Please be kind and make it more fun by adding music to the audio so I can enjoy running more. An example is trainer Wes, I hope that's his name, his Progressive Running program come with music that motivates me, even though he says to take it down sometimes, I just wanna keep running...irunning... I do wish that they others that are without music and just talking gets an improvement...🙏

@t.parker Thank you very much for your input and own personal experience. I had never thought that synchronizing my run or walk to the beat could be contraproductive. Makes a lot of sense. Thanks again!

@Nicca why don't you play your favourite music from any music streaming app (Spotify or any other) or player on your mobile? On my phone (Samsung Galaxy S22+) it works for me (I can play music from Spotify and run audio workout). I don't do Fitbit's audio running workouts (they aren't great) but I gave it a go to see if playing my own music from Spotify in the background works and it does indeed. I normally don't run with music because it disturbs my cadence (my feet tend to synchronize with the beat which is counterproductive and increases the risk of injury). I believe there are more runners like that so having a choice is better than opting for one solution (if I did Fitbit's running workouts I would skip those with music in).
