Typical Sleep Stages details

I am using Fitbit with a Pixel Watch, with the Android app on my Pixel 7. I am subscribed to Fitbit Premium.

It used to be true that the app would overlay the typical ranges for various sleep stages like Deep Sleep, REM, etc. The typical ranges were shown as a hashed shade over my data for the night.  I could see if I was over, in the range or under typical.

Lately, those typical ranges are missing from my app display.  Knowing what was typical for people of my age and sex was helpful and encouraging, especially on nights when I felt I'd had a bad night's sleep.

Was this a change to the app or a setting that I've missed?  I'd like to see this data again if possible.

@tempeCarlson Welcome back to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the sleep detail on the Fitbit app.

I just checked my app and I was able to find that information. I went into the sleep tile, then tappd on REM and Deep sleep. Below the graph, I have 3 options. Today, 30 day average and the typical ranges. Have you only two options now? Would you be so kind to add a screenshot to your next post? Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question.  The Benchmark tab is what I was looking for.  I don't recall having to select a specific tab before, but I'm sure I did.

TIL, so it is a good day. Thank you!

@tempeCarlson I usually do not check my sleep details, just the information the tile gives me under "Today". I assume there might have been changes with the last updates. I am glad you can now see that information again. Hope you have a great day and a wonderful weekend. Stay safe and happy stepping!
