Inaccurate Distance on App for Samsung Galaxy Note4

The app for Samsung Galaxy Note4 is off about 0.47 miles.... does anyone know why this is happening.

Hey @fozbehr is great to have you on the Community! Smiley Happy I want to understand a little bit better your issue, so, can you please reply with as many details of the issue you are experiencing as possible?.

and In the meantime let me recommend to adjust your Stride Length to make your distance more accurate. Smiley Wink

Stride Length:

1. Go to a track or some place where you're sure of the distance.
2. Count your steps as you walk across that distance, making sure you travel at least 20 steps.
3. Divide the total distance (in feet) taken by the number of steps to get your stride length.
Your running stride can be calculated the same way, only by running a known distance rather than walking.

Would an injury, like a broken ankle, where I have to relearn to walk
around again cause it to be off...because I broke my right ankle the first
of the year...so I might have to re-establish my stride then....
