My NEW Fitbit Won't Pair With My Bluetooth

My Fitbit paired perfectly fine when I bought it Sunday, which was a replacement for my old one. Yesterday, it wouldn't sync. I noticed that two Charge HRs were showing under my connected devices on Bluetooth. I unpaired both since I couldn't determine which belonged to the old or new Fitbit. Now, my Bluetooth doesn't recognize this device.

Me too 😞 I got my Fitbit Surge for my birthday mid September 2015. I have worn it every day since and apart from being a bit slow to sync, I hadn't had any problems until 2 days ago. I can no longer get anything to connect with my Surge watch... (Neither PC, tablet nor Samsung Galaxy S3 phone). I don't know what to do :'-( I think it's a bluetooth problem. When I go to settings on the Surge & bluetooth, I only have 2 choices: "on" or "pair". I'm pretty sure I had the option "off" before, but that seems to have disappeared. I've tried restarting my surge & my phone, shutting down Surge & turning back on - nothing works 😞

- please help!...
