Welcome to the Community @Sweets4bb. The reason why you are having problems syncing your Flex with your Galaxy S7 is because this phone is not a compatible device yet. Our team still testing the compatibility of this device.
I recommend checking our list of Compatible Mobile Devices and in the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer.

I installed the fitbit app on my Galaxy S7 Edge almost two weeks ago and noticed right away that everytime I went in to the fitbit app my lock screen did not lock. I then started having problems with other apps on my phone. My email would not sync my camera was freezing and deleting pictures and my gallary said it had stopped working. Once I deleted the fitbit app, the phone is fine. i hope this gets fixed soon

I have a charge HR & Flex and they were set up on my Samsung galaxy S7 and it was working great until I upgraded the fitbit software to version 2.25 - now it won't sync either device. Why would it stop working when it was working? I can't see my S7 as a compatible device but it was working before I did the upgrade. Is there any eta on when the S7 will be included as a compatible device?
