Hi
The other day my fitbit recorded 13934 steps and a mileage of 34.44 not 7.19 miles.
How can I edit the mileage? I have used an updated app synced and restarted my fitbit several times.
Thanks

I have tried all you have suggested for my fitbit Alta. I have a Samsung A5 2017 and am still trying to sort out the one hugely inaccurate mileage of 34.44 miles for 13943steps recorded on 22.5.20. It has obviously messed up the scale of my mileage graphs.
An email from fitbit support suggest a long restart.
I'm really keen to sort this one day.
Thanks
