When there is a calling coming all it shows in my fitbit that there is an unknown number but in my phone it shows who is calling. I have Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.

I have the same problem - "unknown caller" on my Alta and the name of my contact on my Samsung Galaxy S7.

Hi guys

 

Go to Settings> Fitbit App> Permissions and enable contacts.

Reboot your phone, should be working fine 🙂
