Hey all,
Has anyone noticed that the energy settings across the Fitbit app and their watch are inconsistent?
I have set units to kJs on the app, however on the energy tab, it shows Calories as a label for units that are obviously kJ values e.g. I didn't burn 13,000+ Calories today.
Then in the Fitbit app on the watch it always shows Calories.
I've deleted storage and cache, reset units etc.
[it'd be good if we could upload screenshots to this forum]
thanks

Hi there, @request. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for reporting this information.
Thanks for letting me know that the Fitbit app is showing incorrect amount of calories burned, as well for trying to upload the screenshots of this inconvenience. Our team has been informed that the Fitbit app is showing amount of calories instead of Kilojoules in the dashboard and in the food details. They're investigating and as soon as I have more details, I'll update you here.
See you around.
