Incorrect Time & Unable to Sync

For some reason, my surge time isheet is incorrect. Right now it is 10:42 am, however my surge is displaying that it is 11:38. Also, my app says it hasn't synced since January 8th. When trying to sync, it states it's unable to locate tracker. Tried turning off/on the surge, force stopping the app, uninstalling and re-downloadingredients the app, with no luck. Please help me fix it!!!

@Jtspotty14, the first problem is because of the second problem - the time is set when the tracker is synced, and if it hasn't synced for a month the time will not be synced to the phone.  If it is unable to locate the tracker when attempting to sync, there is a problem with the Bluetoooth that must be resolved.  You don't mention what phone or version of Android app you are using. If your phone has been upgraded to Android 6.0, you must enable Location Services on the phone. If you have WiFi enabled on your phone that may be conflictig with Bluetooth and preventing it from connecting to the tracker.  Please provide more information on your devices and setup of them.
