Charge 2

Just added the charge 2 to my account and removed my old One tracker. How can I erase my old data?

You can't. 

 

If you want to completely remove all your data from using the One and start again the easiest way would be to create a new fitbit account (although you'd need a different email). If you want to keep your current account and email and remove all data then you'll need to contact customer support: contact.fibit.com

 

Out of interest, can I ask why you want to do this? The normal question I see is whether you can keep your old data when changing fitbits.

I thought old data would interfere with competition with friend. I see that
is not the case so I'm good. Thank you for your response.
