Incorrect low battery notification received

Received an email notification at 4:12 am that my Charge 2 battery was low and to charge as soon as possible.  However, the battery level on the Fitbit is reading 79%.  Is there a setting that I missed and need to change?

Hi @Keli1, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community boards! Certainly this is not a normal behavior if your battery had enough battery charge. I'm wondering if the issue was limited to that day or keep persisting?

At the end of February, we received reports of an outage that caused some users didn't received a low battery notification. However this was already resolved but some users might still received that notification which will explain why you received this notification of low battery. This is just a wild guess but it could be possible this is related. If this is the case you have nothing to worry about.

If the issue persists, feel free to let me know. I'll be around!
