App is very slow when logging food

@jericevans, I appreciate you've specified the steps you took in order to try to resolve this issue. I'm sure your insight will be very helpful for other members of the Community facing this situation. 

@Daknook, thanks for replying with the information requested. @DeptOfDefense, please note that the reason I'm gathering information is to forward it to our team so they can be aware which devices are being affected by this issue. That way, they will be able to locate and tackle the problem.

I'm having all these same issues as well!! I'm using the Samsung galaxy s8, fit bit version 2.66, and Android version 7.0!

By way of an update:  It does not take long after clearing all data for the slowness to starting ramping up once again; Clearing all cache and data is only a temporary fix.
