Incorrect sleep times

Very recently, my Versa 2 has recorded periods of sleep when I was not asleep but rather sitting and watching TV, reading, online etc. These incorrect times are then added to my correctly recorded sleep times once I am in bed. Help!

Hello @GHRI

You must have been relatively still while watching television, reading or being online. When your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleep. Apparently you were still enough for for Versa 2 to think you must have fallen asleep. You can edit your incorrect times that were added to your correctly sleep time. That way your sleep record can be more accurate. Look here under the section “How do I edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit App”:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1306.htm
😃 I hope this provides you the best answer for your question. Please let me know.
