Can someone explain how sleep tracking works on Fitbit? I'm currently using a Pixel Watch 4, so I sleep with it on to track my sleep.
My sleep period is usually from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM the next day, which is about 7 hours, but the Fitbit app shows something completely different.
It says I only slept for 1 hour and 37 minutes, which is totally false, since I slept until 6:00 AM the next day. When I try to manually log my sleep, it says there's already a sleep record with those hours.
I don't know if this could affect anything, but I think around 1:40 AM the next day I got up to get some water and then went right back to sleep, and that was it; I didn't wake up again.
Does anyone know how this Fitbit thing works? It's really weird. This didn't happen when I had an Apple Watch. The Apple Watch always recorded my actual sleep duration, or something more realistic, than Fitbit did with the Pixel Watch 4.

Hello @Katsumi__
Look at the previous day in your Sleep section to see if there's a sleep log for the time before midnight. When you delete that log, you should be able to manually log your sleep log with the correct sleep and wake times.
