My Charge3 only seems to sync once a day on its own. Now the clock is behind, started at 5 min now 13 min. Takes 3 to 4 tries to restart while connected to the charger. Changing clock faces doesn't work either. I don't want to delete/install app or unpair only to run the risk of not being able to pair again. I've also tried changing the time zone but won't work since I cant manually sync.
Any app update coming soon to address issues?

Hi @Claudiabv15, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Keep in mind that Fitbit devices use your mobile device to display the time that's configured there with the syncing process, this is the reason why the time is not correct.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
