Unable to setup Charge 3

I have had my charge 3 for a year now. At first, it worked really well. Over winter, the time was off and it would keep vibrating on my wrist, keep showing messages or calendar updates that would keep flashing on the screen. We tried many things to get it to work, and then it did work for a while. About the beginning of june, I noticed the time was off again and when I tried to sync it, it said device not found. Nothing had changed with my charge, didnt delete it or anything. Since then, I have tried so many different things again, and it still is not working. I have tried pairing it with my phone and it says device is found and it is in my bluetooth but that is it, won't go any further.
