Hello @darcyw681, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your device it should display the correct time (the one that's configured on your mobile device). That said, I recommend you to verify if such information is correctly configured on your phone.
Also, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around.

Hi thanks for responding. I check everything you mention and all those item were ok. My other devices all showed the correct time using my main device. It was the fitbit sync not functioning correctly. I find you have to log out at times and turn off the main device. I experience the time difference happening most of the day, at bed time it would be off 3 to 1 minutes at times. Everything seems to be working fine for now. I just don't trust fitbit for accurate time. Keep improving the functionality!

Yes my phone is the base for the time. everything is working fine on the phone and other devices functioning off of the time. you don't get it that it was fitbit that was not responding to the correct time. Even when I would sync by pressing fitbit sync. It would sync and then go off my 10 mins during that time. I would sync it and then it would be off 3 minutes to 1 minutes. It only happen on Sunday. It is all better now the magic of your IT group.
