Info missing

hi everyone,  looking for some help......

I've recently changed my phone, now have a galaxy, and my sleep duration,  cadio load and readiness scores are not showing on my app. I've done the usual with watch position, Bluetooth settings,  reinstalled the app, set started my fitbit, but nothing has worked. Can anyone advise?

Which Fitbit device do you have?

Are you also having problems with heart rate tracking? I ask this since sleep, cardio load, & readiness score all use data that comes from the optical heart rate sensor (green light on the back of Fitbit devices).
