I just got my fitbit today and I've been trying to do the inital setup through the app for over 2 hours and after I input the numbers, it just will not connect. My location services are on and I have already restarted both my phone and fitbit with no luck. I have already turned my bluetooth on and off but that didn't help either. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be the cause??

@MelissaAnn90, do you have the phones WiFi turned on? If so, turn it off and try it again to see if that works.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices around that could be interrupting the connection? That could be a possibility. If you do, I'd recommend that you turn any Bluetooth devices off while you try to sync.
Additionally, I'd like to ask you what tracker do you have? What Android version is your S7 running?
