Inspire 2 no longer getting notifications.

I was receiving notifications without any issues. Nothing changed, no updates, no changes in settings. Now, I am not getting any notifications at all. I charged my Inspire 2 and have not received a notification since before charging. I followed troubleshooting guides, no fix.  I spoke to Customer Service. She made sure all settings were correct, check to see if Bluetooth was connected and everything was syncing correctly. It was. I have a case # and will call back if things aren't coming thru soon. Just hoped I could get help here first.
