Inspire 3 does not produce code

I have an Android Fold3, Android update 13 and a new Inspire 3.  

I had it pairing and then it just stopped, I assume after the latest android update.

I have tried turning off and on my Wifi and Bluetooth, force stopping and uninstalling the app, restarting the inspire3 3 times in a row and it still won't provide me with a pairing code.

I have turned off my bluetooth and let the app find the inspire3 and prompt me to turn on the bluetooth and the app tries to connect to the inspire3 and then must time out  because I get the Not working? screen.

What else can I do to get the code?

Hi, @GabeMB - have you tried logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch again?

It could be an issue with Android 13 also.

Hi @GabeMB Can you try:

  • Quitting the Fitbit app and clearing the app's cache
  • Delete the Fitbit device from your mobile device's bluetooth settings
  • Launch the Fitbit app and try to connect
