Our company recently bought everyone an inspire to encourage activity in the shop. Unfortunately, when I finished syncing the device there is always the same error saying the device couldnt connect and something along the lines of "unplug it and plug it back in again" which of course, never works.
Are a lot of other people having this problem?

Since they are working on it, things should be back to normal as soon as they fix things.
