Hi Glow1234!
I finally got mine to sync....I had to reboot my fitbit twice, then turn my blue tooth off and back on before it would take.
Then I noticed my phone updated the app. I'm now at Version 2.60 (2193190).
Best AnswerThanks for your reply, how do you reboot an Alta?
Best AnswerHi.
To reboot an Alta or Alta HR, plug in your Fitbit as if it was going to charge. Then plug the other end either to a USB device (e.g. laptop) or to a plug connector and plug directly to a power outlet.
At the USB side of the charger, there's a little button there. Once the battery icon shows up on your Alta, press that button three times (press it three times with a space in between each press). When you see the Fitbit symbol show up at the front of the Alta, you've successfully rebooted it.
I did this twice and it worked for me. I also turned off my bluetooth on my phone, then turned it back on.
Hope that helps!
Best AnswerI'll try that now, thank you very much for your advice
Best AnswerI don't see a little button at the usb side of the charger.
Best AnswerHi.
The button looks like a little circle by the usb. It's flushed against the plug itself.
Best AnswerAfter the 2.60 update, I have once had the app not able to find my Blaze. In my case, what finally fixed the issue was to restart my phone. If all else fails, this might work. It is often my last resort.
I hope you get the sync working and have a Terrific day!
Thank you for your reply, just had a message from fitbit and they are going to replace it. Bonus!!
Have a great day too
