hi - I have a new Inspire HR. It is running the latest software update. I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. When i enable notifications - it states notification service is not working and needs a phone restart. I have tried uninstalling installing the all, factory reset etc, battery optimisation removed, multitasker lock set to yes and it still wont work. also disabled notification, restart phone and enabled notification, removed data and app cache etc. Bluetooth connection in place as i can test it by doing a test call.
Any suggestions.

Hello @lyber and welcome to the Help forums. I'm sorry, but your phone isn't on the list of compatible smartphones/tablets.
I'm moving your post to the Android forum as this is an Android issue more than a device issue. I can't give you any more help because I am an iOS user. You should browse the Android forum for other threads about your phone model. You might find an answer there.

Thanks LZeeW- i have checked the other threads. The notification service works on my android phone when i pair it with amazfit etc. When i switch to fitbit and enable notification- it supposedly stops the notification service in Android
