inspire HR not syncing. restart android and fitbit. uninstalled app. cannot reinstall app

Thanks for bringing this up and trying to uninstall the app to get it to work.

 

I'd like to ask what is happening when you try to reinstall the app? Do you get some sort of error message? If so, what does it say?

No error. It download but wouldn't install. Probably a phone thing. I resolved the app error finally but the only way I could get the fitbit to work was to delete it and start from the beginning.
