Anyone have any suggestions on how to pair these two devices?

A user can not pair a tracker to the phone, they have to do an Add Device that connects the tracker to their Fitbit account. 

At what step does the failure occur and do you get any error messages?

I am having issues at the point when my phone app starts looking for the bluetooth connection from the fitbit.

The Error messages that show up are:
“Make sure your device is charged” —> which it is.
“If there are other Fitbit devices nearby, move them away” —> I don’t have any other bluetooth devices near by.
“Turn your phones Bluetooth off then on again” —> I have already done this, and I get the same issues.

I hope you can help me further.
