Can someone tell me if the Samsung galaxy S10 is compatible with the inspire HR? changed from iPhone to samsung today and it will not find it on bluetooth. Ive tried all the troubleshooting so now thinking it might not be compatible

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The phone is compatible with Fitbit devices. The sync is done via the Fitbit app not from the Bluetooth settings. Please follow these instructions to sync your Inspire HR with your new phone.

I have tried all of that 10 times now. I've even made the mistake of setting up a new device and now I've lost everything I had. Its so frustrating. It wont connect via bluetooth no matter what i do. I use my fitbit every day so as you can imagine this is a complete pain in the rump.

Do you have any other fitness watches or the like connected to your phone? If so delete all of them and then connect your fitbit
