Hello,
My almost 1-year-old (I bought it on 04 November 2019) Inspire HR does not sync with my phone anymore. I am still using the same phone but one day it decided not to sync. So I deleted the tracker from my Bluetooth devices and deleted the Fitbit app then reload it and tried to resync, as you can guess it did not work. I tried 3 more times and in the last one it made a connection and asked me if ı want to update my tracker and I said yes. But it is taking forever to update. Still can't sync and plus I can't use my tracker now because it went off and I can't open it even though I charged it
I am really fed up with this sync issue. Because this is not the first time it is happening. The other times reinstalling the app worked but this time it has been having issues for 20 days now. If I knew that this tracker would take that much effort, I wouldn't have bought it. It was supposed to make "life easier", instead it made me frustrated and angry. This sync issue between fitbit app and tracker will be my reason not to choose fitbit next time.
I bought this tracker on 4 November 2019 from Germany, I am living in Turkey now. It has not been 1 year since I bought it so it must still be in the guarantee period. I am trusting your support and help for solving this issue.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
