Wrong stats time when sharing?

I have no idea why I'm getting two times. 

 

I send my times to my coach through the fitbit share function. 

 

The time that is shared is the time that is shown for the heart rate graph and the energy burned graph.

 

For example, today I ran for 13 minutes. My active minutes and my heart rate zones show 13 minutes. However, the graph that shows my heart rate (below the heart rate zones) shows a total of 15 minutes, and so does my energy burned. When I go to share that exercise, it shows the 15 minutes, not the 13 minutes.

 

What is the difference between these two times? And how can I share the correct one?

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
