Inspire Notification service not running - several times a day!

Hi

 

I have only had my fitbit inspire for two days and I am ready to launch it in the bin. The notifications from phone (Huawei P30) to fitbit (Inspire) work for an hour or two then stops. I'm constantly logging out and in and restarting my phone and even then it takes a few tries, but its becoming a joke. Can you help me to keep the notifications constantly? Thank you.
