Inspire Setup

Using an Inspire with my galaxy s24 ultra.  It says "an app is needed to use this device" when I try to connect to the bluetooth. It pairs but cannot get it to connect.

@Mom154 Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you set up your new Fitbit Inspire. 

Thanks for the explanation. Please note that this device will be set up and connected with your account and smartphone through the Fitbit app. It is not possible to set it up as a regular Bluetooth device. Please follow the instructions you find here:
