Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome on board. I'm glad to see a new face in the Community! I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for the information provided, and let me help you to pair your Inspire. I've verified that your Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a fully supported device. There are a few factors that may prevent your device from pairing. For example, if the Fitbit app isn't updated, your device isn't within 20 feet or there are multiple Bluetooth devices turn on nearby.

If that doesn't apply to you, please give a try to the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth from your device and any other device.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.

  3. Then, go back to the previous screen and tap on “Force stop”.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Inspire.
  5. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone, and open the Fitbit app.
  6. Tap on the Account icon > Inspire image > Notifications.
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions to allow notifications services.

Keep me posted. Smiley Happy
