I've noticed over the last week that my Inspire fitbit is not syncing properly on my Huawei phone app. I've had to switch Bluetooth on and off, restart the phone, delete and reinstall the app, and even replace my Inspire on the app with the same gadget, in order to get it sync.
I bought the Inspire as I was having problems with my Zip not syncing as it appeared that had been decommissioned and from everything I'd read online the software no longer synced. Is there a bug with the Android app and the Inspire now?

When trying to sync, the app keeps saying "looking for device", this was also a problem with the Zip. Takes several attempts even if it does sync without reinstalling, restarting, replacing, etc. 😕
