Versa battery suddenly doesn't last

Was very happy with my versa.  But for the past 4-5 days, it drains in less than 12 hours.   It was recently holding a charge for 4 days, but suddenly started dying mid-day.  Now I put it on fully charged before going to sleep and wake up to 30% charge.  Very frustrating as it's is basically unusable.

 

I rebooted it, deleted apps and did a factory reset still no improvement.  

 

Any suggested solutions or diagnostics that can be run on this?

Same problem! Started about mid-August, suddenly didn't last 24 hrs .

Kept trying to turn off/on, reboot phone, turn Bluetooth off/on but same thing every day for about 1-2 weeks.

Then  2 days ago my fitbit died overnight (as usual) but even after 3hrs of charging did not power up again. It gets warm on the charger, but no display. Tried my husband's charger too, but no dice.  If anyone has other troubleshooting ideas , I'm all ears (I'm back to using my ancient-falling-apart surge instead for now! 😞 )
